He served as a Managing Director at Accenture for over 14 years and specializes in architecting high-impact strategies at the intersection of AI, digital transformation, and ecosystem development. At Accenture, Avnish spearheads several strategic pillars, including Ventures & Innovation Leadership, where he leads Accenture’s Ventures initiative in India by fostering deep partnerships with startups, VCs, PEs, and government bodies to drive innovation for Global 2000 clients. He also manages Investments & M&A, handling a robust deal pipeline for strategic acquisitions and investments to fuel global capability expansion, and works on transforming GCCs by helping Top 100 Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India transition into high-value Innovation Hubs. Additionally, he drives Academic Collaborations by facilitating cutting-edge joint research in AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Robotic Systems with premier institutions like IITs, IISc, and IIMs.

Avnish’s leadership style is shaped by a diverse and prestigious career path. He has a strong military foundation, having served as an officer in the Indian Armed Forces for seven years, including as Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Madhya Pradesh. Before Accenture, he held corporate leadership roles for nearly a decade at IBM Global Business Services across India and the UK. He has been recognized multiple times as a Top Corporate Innovator (2018, 2021, and 2025). His core expertise lies in Corporate Strategy, Venture Building, M&A, and AI/Exponential Technologies, driven by a commitment to building sustainable, high-performance organizations.

Dr. Mustafa Hasan Marhama is a distinguished technology executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, Venture Capital, and the startup landscape. Holding a PhD in Computer Science, he brings a rigorous, engineering-first approach to organizational growth and digital transformation.

As Chief Technology Officer, Mustafa leads Appriffy’s strategic scaling initiatives and the expansion of our Global Capability Centers. With a proven track record of building and exiting three successful ventures, he provides invaluable "operator-investor" insight to our partners, specializing in the deployment of Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, and Web3 solutions. Based in Bahrain, Mustafa is dedicated to fostering regional innovation and steering Appriffy’s mission to build category-defining enterprises.

Avinash Mandal is a marketing strategist, mechanical engeneering graduate and MBA in marketing and operation from Amity University. As Chief Marketing Officer, he specialize in architecting growth strategies that transform Global Capability Centres (GCCs) into high-value strategic assets for multinational enterprises.
